JP Centre Yoga: The Flow Practice LIVEstream

Join Nikki for a two-hour Iyengar vinyasa practice that will move you in every way. This dynamic and progressive sequence will build slowly and rhythmically to increase stamina, develop quickness and agility, sharpen attention and create lightness in the whole body.
A minimum yoga practice of one year is recommended.
Alternative poses and instruction will be given throughout the practice to include students of all levels.
The workshop recording link will be sent to all registered participants. So, if you are unable to attend the LIVEstream or wish to do it again, you will have access until May 15th.
