A quick moving practice that incorporates jumping, vinyasa karma and distinct groupings of asana to add vigor and vitality to your practice.
This all levels workshop is an introduction to an essential principle of Iyengar Yoga, “move from the periphery to the core”. It is intended to demonstrate the dynamism, precision, intelligence and profound sense of connection that is felt by putting this principle into practice.
