The Practice is Svadhyaya (SELF-study) and a journey toward Truth, Consciousness and Bliss. All aspects of our being are engaged in a rigorous and inquisitive learning space where we explore the teachings of yoga through posture, breath, contemplation and meditation.
We each have our own story, a reason, that led us toward an exploration of yoga. However we began, cultivating a yoga practice of one’s own inspires self-knowledge, which is why I developed The Practice. The Practice is an ever-evolving curriculum for anyone who wishes to be empowered in the body, to relax into one’s natural state and to develop clarity toward one’s purpose.
In The Practice the physical postures and breathing techniques can awaken, stimulate, purify and harmonize the body. Simultaneously we contemplate qualities like steadfastness, compassion and tranquillity to further experience our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual bodies as an interwoven body of consciousness. The Practice offers a transformative experience to all levels of student. The prerequisite is an enthusiastic, curious and honest seeker who wishes to know the SELF.
