I am so happy you are here!
Teaching yoga is an extraordinary blessing. As a teacher, I have the great good fortune to share my experience of living an awakened life, a life that fully embraces yoga as a path toward freedom.
I meet people like you, diverse and wonderful beings who share a desire to look more deeply within themselves in many extraordinary ways- some seeking to understand the workings of their mind, or passionately exploring the rich landscape of their hearts. There are those who come to yoga to be in community or those who come to nurture their solitude, and so many who practice yoga to honor their body as a sacred vessel that contains everything and becomes the instrument we use to act with love in the world.
The wise ones have said, in this very body the SELF resides and its nature is truth, consciousness and bliss.
By knowing each of you through the blessing of this work, the golden thread of consciousness has revealed itself as a living, breathing, pulsating network that joins us all. I am inspired by you and will continue to share with you here, there and everywhere.
